I understand what it takes to manage a salon that consistently delivers high-quality service, and I’ve carefully curated a team of talented stylists who share my commitment to precision, creativity, and individualized care. My goal is to ensure every client who walks through our doors feels pampered, valued, and confident.
Pearl is my third hair business. I also proudly own a hair salon in Chesapeake, VA and an on-site luxury bridal hairstyling company that travels world-wide.
As a passionate stylist at Pearl Hair Studio, I bring over a decade of experience in the beauty industry, specializing in various hair techniques and trends. My commitment to ongoing education ensures that I stay updated with the latest styles and innovations, allowing me to provide personalized services to each client. I believe that every individual deserves to feel confident and beautiful, and I strive to create an inviting atmosphere where clients can express their unique styles. In my free time, I enjoy exploring new techniques and sharing inspiration with fellow professionals, all while cherishing the creativity that this industry offers.

Stylist | Bridal Artist
Katie isn’t only an insanely talented colorist, she also co-owns an on location bridal styling company! Katie is also our Education Director at our sister salon in Chesapeake, VA.

Stylist
Ashley has been behind the chair for 7 years and specializes in natural lived-in color and extensions. She’s an expert at helping her clients create a look that works best for their lifestyle. Her style can be best described as high impact with low maintenance.

Esthetician
Lindsey is a licensed Master Esthetician and Permanent Tatoo Makeup Artist. She visits us here at Pearl once a month and offers all of the services needed to get you the brows of your dreams!

Stylist
Debby is excited to be back to her roots after spending the past few years as a stylist in Virginia Beach.
From blonding to precision cutting, Debbie has a passion for giving her clients a a truly curated style.
